This memorial website was created to remember our son Michael R. Lutek,Jr. who was born in Philadelphia,PA on July 12, 1985 and passed away on November 15, 2004 at the age of 19. HE is so missed! He will never be forgotten! We love you Michael!  Please visit his other site!
